Brazil, officially the Federative Republic of Brazil, is a country in South America. It is the fifth largest country by geographical area. Brazil is the largest national economy in Latin America, the world's tenth largest economy at market exchange rates. Portuguese is the official language and football is the most popular sport in Brazil. The Federal Dsitrict contains the national capital city, Brasilia. The Federal District is a state in its own right. Brazil is recognized as having the greatest biological diversity in the world. Their constitution doesn't provide freedom for religion. The Brazilian musical instruments are the Guiro, Cabsa, Claves, and Maracas. Brazil has 26 states. Their smallest city is Sao Paulo. The weather of the largest part of the country is drought.
